The Student Affairs Program is a one-year cohort-based Ed.M. program designed to provide early-career professionals with knowledge, skills, and a social justice perspective in the areas of student development theory, foundations of higher education, student affairs administration, research, and assessment. The program is a partnership between the Education Department, particularly its Higher Education and Organizational Change Division, and UCLA’s Division of Student Affairs.   Student Ambassador (for prospective student visits–please contact at least 10 days prior to visit):  TBD
