GSE&IS Lab Calendars
If you need to submit a lab reservation request, click on the lab below and submit your request on the calendar for the lab.

Event / Reservation Request Forms
Reading Room (3340):
The Reading Room is kept locked at all times. Please see Support Services (A036 Moore, X62459) to obtain a key. If the furniture is rearranged to suit your event, it MUST be placed back to the original layout as pictured and posted to the left of the double doors as you exit. If you find the furniture not in its original layout prior to your event, please notify Support Services (X62459).
If you are reserving any Moore Hall room on a weekend or a holiday, you will need to submit an FSR (Facilities Service Request) three days prior to your reservation in order to have the building opened/locked down, room/s cleaned and trash cans emptied. In addition, the restrooms nearest the rooms reserved should be cleaned and restocked. Please contact Support Services (X62459) for questions or assistance in completing FSRs and obtaining a room key.
If you need to cancel your room reservation, please notify Kim Mattheussens at mattheussens[at]gseis.ucla.edu as soon as possible so the room can be made available to another group.
As a courtesy to others who may be using a room immediately after your event, please make sure no trash is left behind on the tables and floor. A quick browse of the room after your event would be very much appreciated.
