Current Education Student, Educational Leadership Program
Devon is a 2011-12 Dean’s Scholar recipient in his first year of the Educational Leadership Program. He earned his BA and M.Ed. here at UCLA. Professionally, he is a public school educator with 10 years experience and a passion for promoting college access at the upper elementary grades. He also organizes fellow teachers, parents, community members, and business leaders to promote service to families and organizations in need. Devon sees great value in the ELP cohort experience as he is learning along with other professionals and growing in his leadership abilities.
