Welcome to the Archive of the UCLA Online Institute for Cyberspace Law and Policy. The institute is not currently addressing new developments in this area; however, we will continue to provide online users with resources collected and posted over the past ten years.
With the growth and development of Cyberspace Law as a separate discipline, a dynamic new body of scholarship has emerged. The Online Institute's Cyberspace Law Bibliography -- updated regularly during the formative years of 1995 through 2002 -- provides a detailed overview of books and journal articles in this area.
Stuart Biegel, who maintains this archive, welcomes your comments, suggestions, and correspondence (biegel@ucla.edu). Biegel has been a member of the faculty at the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Studies since 1983, and at the UCLA School of Law since 1989. He is the author of Beyond Our Control? Confronting the Limits of Our Legal System in the Age of Cyberspace, MIT Press, October 2001.
