Student Fellowships

Dean's Scholars Society

Providing a fellowship to support a graduate student in Education or Information Studies is one of the most significant ways to give at UCLA. Many of our alumni, faculty, family, and friends have shown a spirit of giving by connecting their past and their personal history at UCLA with the future -- creating a legacy of much-needed support for students.

We hope that you will accept this invitation to join the Dean's Scholars Society. Your generosity will help make it possible to bring the best and brightest students to study at UCLA.

The Giving Circles

Blue Giving Circle

Donors in this giving circle choose to make a cash gift to the Dean's Scholars Fund to help fund the costs of a graduate student's fees. Donors of $1,000 or more will be invited to attend the Dean's Scholars Dinner, held annually in the fall quarter. Donors of $5,000 or more may establish a named fellowship.

Gold Giving Circle

Donors in this giving circle provide a gift or pledge of $100,000 or more to establish a named endowed fellowship, providing for an award each year from the endowment income. Donors or their representatives receive two complimentary tickets to sit with the recipient of their fellowship at the Dean's Scholars Dinner, held annually in the fall quarter.

First Century Society and Planned Gifts

Please ask about gift annuities or estate planning opportunities that create a lasting legacy at UCLA for future students in Education or Information Studies.
