The UCLA Graduate School of Education & Information Studies offers some of the best graduate programs in the nation. US News and World Report rankings place our Education program among the top six. For Information Studies, we were ranked fourteenth overall and among the top ten in the country for Archives and Preservation and for Digital Librarianship.
Because of this reputation for excellence, GSE&IS has been able to recruit some of the top faculty in the nation here to Los Angeles. Working closely with community groups in our area and around the world, GSE&IS faculty, staff, alumni, and students are forging enduring connections, influencing long-term policy, and improving countless lives through research, activism, mentoring, teaching, service, outreach, and leadership.
