Program Description

The Student Affairs Program (MSA) is a one-year cohort-based EdM program designed to provide early-career professionals with knowledge, skills, and a social justice perspective in the areas of student development theory, foundations of higher education, student affairs administration, research, and assessment.  The program is a partnership between the Education Department, particularly its Higher Education and Organizational Change Division, and UCLA’s Division of Student Affairs.
